Monica J. Jones is a practicing occupational therapist living in Bishop, California and owner of Resilience Redesigned, a sleep health coaching service. She received her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina in 2014 and Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Boston University in 2024. Dr. Jones is a certified Perinatal Mental Health Certificate (PMH-C) recipient through Postpartum Support International (PSI) and an approved provider through the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Dr. Jones' published research focused on the efficacy of using a cognitive behavioral approach to improve performance and satisfaction in meaningful activities, roles, and routines in the outpatient occupational therapy setting. Her goal is to make this evidence-based approach widely adopted in occupational therapy through practitioner education and coaching—empowering individuals to enhance mental wellness, improve sleep health, and achieve better lifestyle balance.
